Goal Setting

Goals are things which you commit to and take action. Goal setting is the means of turning your dreams into reality. Set clear priorities and purposes in your business and your life. By establishing clear goals you are programming your brain to be aware and notify your conscious mind of the information and opportunities that you desire.
Goal Setting Techniques:
- Always state your goals in the positive, present tense
- Include deadline dates
- Specific
- Attainable steps
- Measurable results
- Visualize success
Failure to achieve a goal may be due to not really wanting the goal, or being unwilling to do what’s required. This often manifests in mental blocks, conflicts, or inaccurate information and inappropriate deadlines. A few strategies to overcome barriers are to keep things in perspective and set clear goals. Clarify your values and do clearing work or therapy on blocks. Learn from your past mistakes and create a positive support system. Take calculated risks, work smarter not harder.
