Why Doctors Don’t Use Ear Candling

Ancient remedies and home remedies are often cheap and simple enough to perform without the aid of a physician. Therefore the medical community (including the FDA) has little incentive to use these remedies, and often is very opposed to them. Again, ear candling is no exception. Instead they would like to propose the use of expensive procedures and prescriptions, which in turn creates more money for them in their practice.

Black or dark ear wax could be cause d by dirt. Check an online photo to see if you have a harmful earwax problem. Ear candling could be used on the cat or dog too, consult a professional before attempting that though. Just a drop of high concentration hydrogen peroxide can start dissolving the skin, so be careful.
